Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sky Hook. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost.
